Car and Truck Show

I ran through the car show at UAA Sunday.  So I stopped to take a few pictures.

  1. Wow, in Europe old cars looked very different. They were similar to the first one (it is actually a German car).

  2. It's heartwarming to see vintage cars like these being shown off to the public. I just love seeing their trademark designs restored, but at the same time, I would love to see them modified like those on the last picture. It kind of shows how much the owners love their cars :)

  3. Ropi, I'm guessing that US cars started taking on their own look in the 40's and particularly in the 50's.

Tyra's comment is clearly linked to the post and not a generic spam "I love your blog, it's great" type comment. So, even though it links to an Indianapolis Chevy dealer, I'm leaving it in as 'closely related to the post.' And maybe of value to a reader who wants to buy a car from someone who values old cars.
