District 5 race in Fairbanks, Dem. Adam Wool is leading incumbent Pete Higgins by 276 votes with 66% of precincts reporting.
District 15 Democratic challenger has moved up in the latest report to
within 30 votes. She was 95 votes behind in the earlier reports.
The initiatives continue to be well ahead.
Begich continues to be 5% behind Sullivan.
