On the face of this - from my POV as a "We the People..." guy - this first judicial review sounds good. What do you think?
ReplyDeleteI've been reading. He's saying things we don't usually hear.. But I'm trying to get all the pieces together. The 3 majority members of the Board voted to appeal. It's possible the Supreme Court will make it worse for them. Matthews was already pretty harsh on the three majority members.
