In the 38 years we've lived here, we've never even been close to snow free in January.
This alone doesn't prove global warming. But given all the other evidence that is piling up, we don't need my snowfree backyard to prove it. There's more than enough other evidence.
So what is the no confidence lobby really about on this?
ReplyDeleteYou mean the climate change deniers? Mainly, they're like the smoking causes cancer deniers. The oil billionaire Koch brothers are responsible for a lot of it.
DeleteIn my neck of the woods (NY metro area), it has been almost unheard of to be without snow this far into winter. But since the temp this weekend may hit 50 F, we are expecting RAIN. I've never seen rain here in January. But then again, I've only lived here for 62 years.
