What do these new numbers mean?

One new case for a cumulative total of 379.
Of that total, 324 people have recovered and 10 have died.  
So, of the total of identified active cases of COVID-19 in Alaska is 54.  

And we have fairly active case tracing.  The odds of getting infected are probably as low in Alaska as anywhere in the country.  But the people being tested have symptoms or were in contact with someone who tested positive.  We don't know how many asymptomatic folks are out there.  But it looks pretty good for now here.

The new case today was in Fairbanks.  The new one yesterday was in Kenai.  The three the day before were in Anchorage.
