I guess it would fit if they were set up simply to divert problems for organizations rather than really help, which may be what you are implying. <br /><br />I don't think the spam comes from them, but rather someone is using them as a way to get people to go to open the file to release their evil into your computer. Ethically challenged businesses re...BBB is a scam. Ethically challenged businesses register with them so that they can say they are "a member of the BBB".<br /><br />The BBB is powerless to take any action against businesses, or help customers with disputes. Usually they simply regurgitate the business's counterclaim to a customer's complaint.<br /><br />A useless organization.
